Commercial Management and construction of the first phase of an Algae Growing Laboratory Facility in extreme remote location in the northern region of South Africa with change control of large scale civil, construction, mechanical & electrical and installation and coordination of bioreactors manufactured in Europe and fabricated and shipped in South Africa.

Coordinating a large team of designers both in South Africa, Slovenia, Austria and Indian suppliers. 

First Principal Large Scale Change Control Contractor’s Design on Multi-disciplinary specialist suppliers and internal direct works in remote African conditions.

Contract Period for first phase 18 months
