James Hartley (MRICS)

James Hartley is an Associate Director with over 15 years of experience in commercial management across major infrastructure and building projects. He specialises in contract administration, cost management and final account settlement, with particular expertise in NEC and JCT forms of contract.

James has delivered commercial oversight on a range of complex schemes including rail infrastructure programmes, large-scale residential developments and public sector frameworks. He is known for his methodical approach to cost control and his ability to manage multiple workstreams under pressure.

He works closely with clients to ensure commercial processes are robust, risks are identified early and value is protected throughout the project lifecycle.
